Important Consignor Checklist Items

A few easy steps to take to ensure your items are ready to go for your drop-off appointment:

*THIS PAGE IS STILL UNDER CONSTRUCTION AND IS NOT COMPLETE.  WE ARE IN THE PROCESS OF UPDATING!  THANK YOU!*

  • The tagging portal for the Spring 2024 event will close on Saturday, March 16th at 11:59pm.  No additional items will be able to be added to the system after this time.

  • Be sure your items are clean and ready for sale.  Clothes and bedding MUST be free of stains, holes, rips, wrinkles, pet hair and odor, such as cigarette smoke.  Toys & games must have all parts and have working batteries.  Large items, such as cribs, highchairs, strollers, carseats, etc. must be clean, free of debris, and have all hardware and safety straps present.  Any items failing to meet these requirements will not be placed on the sales floor.  We strive to have top quality, gently used items.

  • All hangers need to be facing in the proper direction, in the "question mark" position.  See photos below:

  • If possible, mark your hangers with brightly colored tape, ribbon or string.  This assists us greatly in sorting any unsold items at the end of sale week and helps us get your items back to you.  See photos below for ideas:

  • Make sure price tags printed on cardstock are properly secured to each item.  If you're using a tagging gun for clothing, be sure to insert the tagging gun needle through the garment seam- do NOT tag through the middle of the fabric.  Doing so will result in the item to be declined at drop-off.  See photos below:

  • Unsold items pick-up is on Sunday, March 24th, from 1-3pm.  Any unsold item(s) not picked up by 3pm will be donated to a local charity of our choosing.  Anything marked for donation will be pulled immediately at the end of the sale, sorted, and sent to local non-profit charities and/or missions.
